Intuitive Guidance
An intuitive guidance session is a unique form of coaching that differs from traditional methods because it focuses on connecting with your spirit guides, angels, and/or deceased loved ones to receive guidance that can help you expand and fulfill your life's purpose. Rather than purely addressing the ego, which carries our stories, fears, and trauma, this session centers on the soul and its capacity for creation and expansion. Intuitive guidance is always available, but sometimes, we may miss it as it lacks the density of a human voice or physical appearance.
During an intuitive guidance session, I will channel energetic healing and clearing to address your specific needs. Moving the energy for the soul's benefit, expansion, and creation. The goal of the session is to help clients live a soul-centered life. To get the best out of such a session, the client needs to be curious and eager to live a soul-centered life and bring their needs for guidance, healing, or clearing to the session. With the intention of always striving for the highest good, this practice supports clients to gain clarity and lead a more fulfilling life.

Reiki
Reiki is a form of energy medicine that promotes stress reduction, relaxation, and overall healing. By gliding the hands over the body, energy is channeled to areas where it’s needed, supporting your body’s natural ability to restore balance and well-being.
What makes my Reiki sessions unique is the integration of intuitive guidance in collaboration with your Spirit Collective. As the energy flows, I receive insights about your body and energy centers, offering messages that bring clarity, awareness, and deeper understanding. These intuitive messages help uncover energetic imbalances, emotional blocks, and areas that need attention for healing and transformation.

Animal Communication
Unlock a deeper connection with your horse through intuitive horse readings. Horse Readings delve into you animal’s emotional and energetic landscape, providing valuable insights to enhance their well-being and your relationship with them. Discover what makes them happy, what causes them stress, and how you can improve your bond.
These particular readings provide emotional and behavioral insights, promote healing and well-being. As you can imagine, the horse often times has requests of the human as well. Fulfilling these requests is so gratifying. It’s like saying we hear you!
I would be honored to support you in building a deeper bond with your animal, fostering greater enjoyment and healing for both of you. Horse Readings are virtual and require a horse photo, name and a brief description of the issue or question for which you would like clarity/insight. Horse Reading & Reiki, combined, is available in person in the Omaha area.

Horse-Assisted Healing

In a Horse-Assisted Healing session, these incredible animals help release blocked energy, shift old patterns, and guide you toward greater clarity and balance. Through their gentle presence and powerful energetic work, they assist in fostering emotional release, grounding, and spiritual expansion.
Each session is a unique collaboration between you, the horse, and the energy we cultivate together. Whether you're seeking to let go of beliefs or patterns, enhance your intuition, or simply find a sense of peace, Horse-Assisted Healing offers a transformative pathway to connect with your truest self.

Healing Sound Bath
A healing sound bath is a powerful blend of crystal bowl vibrations, guided meditation, and energy healing. During a sound bath, crystal bowls, each tuned to a specific frequency, are used to create vibrations of healing. These vibrations can help to balance and clear each chakra (energy centers of the body) leading to a deep sense of relaxation, clarity, and peace.
Regular, monthly sound baths are held at Yoga Now (under events) and at Omaha Massage and Healing Arts. Additionally, if you're interested in organizing a private sound bath for your family, friends, or team, I would be happy to work with you to design a customized experience. Healing Sound Baths are a wonderful way to bring people together and passively engage in healing and relaxation.

Embodied Light Activation
Your Light Body is the energetic bridge between your physical self and your greater, divine essence. Embodied Light Activation is a practice of deep surrender, where cosmic life-force energy moves through you, gently clearing blockages, realigning your energetic system, and expanding your awareness.
There is nothing to "do"—this is a practice of receiving. As you rest comfortably on a yoga mat with a blanket, curated playlist, healing touch, and an energetic transmission support you. No effort, no force—just connection, release, and renewal.
Each session is unique, offering exactly what your system needs in the moment. You may experience deep relaxation, heightened clarity, spontaneous physical movements, or waves of energy flowing through you—likely leaving you with a sense of peace, joy, and embodiment.
This is a gentle awakening process, guiding you to integrate greater presence, purpose, and vitality into your daily life. While some shifts are immediate, others unfold gradually—but with each session, you step closer to your most aligned, authentic self.
