Healing the Witch Wound

America has a female president! That’s a huge milestone, and it means we’re ready to clear our witch wound. Let me explain what that’s all about.

Historically, "witches" were hunted in the U.S. during the 1690s, but over in Europe—especially in Germany, Switzerland, and Scotland—these witch hunts stretched from the 15th to the 18th century, tapering off in the 1700s. The impact of these hunts, both then and now, hit men and women alike, affecting individuals and the collective mindset.

So, what is the Witch Wound, and how does it show up today? Here’s how:

·         Fear of Visibility: We might feel scared to be seen or heard, a leftover fear from our ancestors who were persecuted for standing out or speaking up.

·         Suppression of Intuition: Trusting our gut can be tough because we've been conditioned to think that being intuitive might lead to rejection or danger.

·         People-Pleasing: Putting others' needs first and seeking approval comes from a deep-rooted fear of being judged or rejected.

·         Fear of Embracing Personal Power: We hold back from leadership roles or using our talents fully, afraid of what might happen if we truly step into our power.

The election of a female president signals that we’re ready to confront this traumatic past—when women were literally hunted and publicly punished for embodying feminine qualities like nurturing, healing, leading, and teaching.

Now, we’re collectively healing this wound. Criticisms of women for embracing their femininity are going to hit differently, and those who dish out these criticisms will have to face themselves. Spoiler alert: these outdated beliefs and fears aren't from this century—or even the last one. It’s old ancestral baggage, and honestly, it’s time to leave it behind. FYI, these criticisms can come from both men and women—healing is for everyone.

Let's hope this healing happens quickly because what’s coming next is going to be incredible!

Once we heal, the feminine becomes visible, intuitive, strong, and her needs are finally met. From there, she steps into a Divine role. As the creator of humanity, femininity brings forth Divine Masculinity, and together, they form the ultimate union. So, let’s get on with it—time to heal, witches!
